Hollywood glamour and timeless European

One of the featured drink of the Aqua Bar at St. Regis is
the Summer Sky and its refreshingly light and uniquely delicious
taste is the epitome of California Cool.
Summer Sky:
Ingredients:
1 Oz. Campari
1 Oz. Cointreau
1 Oz. Ketel One Vodka
3 Oz. Orange Juice
3 Oz. Ginger Ale
Juice of one Lemon Wedge
Mint Twig
Orange Wheel
Preparation:
In a Collins glass, fill with ice. Slowly pour in Compari,
Cointreau, Ketel One Vodka, Orange Juice, Ginger Ale, and
juice from the Lemon Wedge. Stir gently with a straw to maintain
a slight layering effect.
Garnish with Mint Twig and Orange Wheel.
